BluesKing777
I was posting on another forum about my old 1937 Gibson L-0 and quickly recorded a few progressions of a blues to demonstrate it. After I got the old L-0 repaired, everything that I wanted to begin with is in this guitar - fingerpicking blues +. Thought some here might like to hear it while I am posting links: https://soundcloud.com/bk7-3/l-o-blues2 BluesKing777.
blindboygrunt
Lowdens and cargills etc are beautiful guitars there’s no doubt but that little Gibson just sounds right Nothing wrong with the lovely richness from the other makes but that tune is like gettng back in your own bed after a while in hotels

Just an inkling of what it would be like to be filthy, stinking rich Do we really want to drive the rattly old Ford again after swanning around the Amalfi road in a Ferrari, a BMW and then jump on the Ducati? Only so the old friends would speak to you! It is lonely being a hotel owner. BluesKing777.

BluesKing777
Thanks Jinder and KC! Not a loud guitar....It sounds way better in the flesh but the Neumann KM184 gets a close approximation of it..... Should I do some percussive tapping style on this top? BluesKing777.
