bowenerjams
Really quick, when my uncle passed away 10 years ago he left me his Gibson J-200. My mom stole it, I had to buy it back, it was a whole thing. Anyway, I just got it back a few months ago and I wanted to know a bit more about it, so if anyone could help me to interpret the serial number and date the guitar as well as confirm that it is indeed an authentic Gibson, that would be greatly appreciated. Below is a link to an album with photos of the guitar, the original owner's manual, the store tag, and a pamphlet that came with the guitar. Hopefully the link works because this cap of 500kb is crazy. https://photos.app.goo.gl/gW3t4f6jyO8uHy1U2

The Gibson catalogue you picture there is also from 1968-70 And yes, it's a real Gibson
