I'm considering to buy a Korean Casino, but the label inside the f hole seems a little bit strange.

Actually the colour and font of the "Casino" writing is different from the rest.
Moreover, Guitar Dater says that this Epi is Korean built, but I thought that in 2012 all Casinos were made in China.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Strictly by the serial number on that very-authentic looking sticker, the Casino in questions was made at the Unsung plant in Korea in November of 2012.

I did a quick scan of Epiphone Casinos made in 2012, on Reverb dot com, and some were made in China, while others were made in Korea.

[unsure]
Am I alone in this?

Thank you Sparquelito!

Has anyone else ever seen a label like that?

Model and serial number aside, my 2016 ES339 Pro has exactly the same label.

Update: according to the pictures in this topic, the label sticker could seem legit...

I don't understand what the problem is, why do you think it's not legit?

I can see that the last number "1" in the serial number thing is somewhat "bolder" than the other numbers there , but it still looks OK , to me :) . Maybe the s/n print thing has interchangeable numbers , some with somewhat "heavier" type , maybe . I don't know . Hey , could you post a few photographs of the whole thing . That would be quite OK to me , and I do not believe you will hear any other complaints , for doing just that , from anyone else :"here" No , none at all , whatsoever imho :) Posted Image
