Hi: I'm working on the "Doubling The Bass Line" in the beginners course. I'm working off the tab and have a couple questions about the symbols used.

There's a 5 and 7 with a curved line under it and the letter "H" below them. Is this a hammer on 5 to 7 or a slide? Same with the 7 to 5 with a "P" underneath. A pulloff 7 to 5?

Thanks for the help and enjoying the lessons.

Hi Harry and welcome to the group. I think you are correct with the Hammer & Pull Off for h & p. Slides are indicated with a slash line, 5/7 for slide up and 7\5 for slide down.
