1994 Les Paul Standard

I've recently purchased a 1994 Std. Sounds and feel great, and although I assume the PU's are 490R & 498t, I'd be happy with a little more info about the timbers, electronics etc... If a similar topic already exists, feel free to redirect me. Looking forward to your replies!

You're correct on the pups.

 

Mahogany body

 

Quarter sawn, 1 piece mahogany neck

 

Rosewood fretboard

 

Cellulose Nitrate trapezoid fret markers

 

Maple cap.

 

500k linear pots

 

0.022uf ceramic capacitors

 

Modern wiring (ref tone controls)

 

Nitrocellulose lacquer

 

Medium jumbo frets

 

Nylon nut

 

Nashville tune-o-matic bridge.

 

Plastic headstock veneer.

 

Note: Mahogany may mean sapele or utile.
