Kzoo Rob
Hello, Just picked up a nice 30's era Kalamazoo Kg-32 (pretty sure that's the model). It has a loose brace bouncing around inside, luckily it is the middle brace and I have a couple of ideas for gluing it, but thought I'd ask if anyone has tips or tricks for this type of job? I"m ordering a stew mac jack brace, the kind with the threads in the center that you can turn with your fingers. I'm hoping I can reach the spool through the f holes, but if not I might have to clamp something along the back and top with some type of a clamp leg extender going into the f hole and a brace around the exterior of the guitar. What are your favorite tricks for this type of job? Thanks! Rob
