Beerad12
61'-63'? My only clue was the Les Paul truss rod cover. I know they didn't carry that name for long as Les didn't like the design. As for mods.... total shot in the dark here, but maybe the bigsby wiggle stick. I know I've seen some with lyre vibrolas. Right or wrong that is a damn fine guitar. Thanks for sharing! charlie brown
I don't know...maybe(?) a Recent '61 Reissue, with "Les Paul" Truss Rod Cover, Bigsby B-5 via vibramate adapter, and "Creamtone" wide beveled Pickguard! (Just a guess) OR, it could be a HP SG, from say 2016, with those same mods, and more traditional tuners, as in not vintage, as the one's pictured have the bolt in bushings), and the neck looks a bit wider (as HP's do), with a traditional nut replacement. Hard to know, for sure, without seeing the back, and the neck joint. Headstock, too, looks a bit smaller, than most '61 re-issues, but at the angle it's photographed, that too may be a bit "distorted," size wise? rct
50's wiring on a '61 knockoff is like getting a black and white led tv. Or something. rct

merciful-evans
The weird thing is that when I was 17, to me Bigsby tails looked beautiful & desirable. Partly because you can see how they work, partly aesthetics. Since then I used all sorts of floating bridges and now prefer fixed bridges only. These days Bigsbys no longer look desirable or nice, but just a turn-off altogether. Conclusion: practical experience can inform what looks good & what looks nasty. darling67
Without looking below (well, now they're above!) at previous responses… I am going to guess it's a '61 with the original Gibson vibrola swapped-out for a Bigsby?
gearhead
The '61-'62 SG/LP has the crown set higher on the peghead, the reissues from about 2015 up do also. But I've seen others have it set like the OP pic. So could be an older reissue, but the ones I've seen have a stop tailpiece. This is a 2005 model '62 Reissue. Your guess is a good as mine.
