jdgm
Think the Tele was made like that. In the factory.

rct
Why would he? The Moderation Team is perfectly content with his inane, idiotic trolling here and in the Epiphone forums, under a variety of names. Why would he change a thing? rct
Guest Farnsbarns
There was some guy here the other day who had tried to scrape his own binding on a Les Paul studio. Made a real mess of it. Wavey scratchy lines and all sorts. It looked awful. I don't mind it on that Tele though.

merciful-evans
That's a serious amount of trouble for something that doesn't matter. Why not just trade up to a LP with proper binding?
pippy
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Have to agree. What a complete mess (and that's being polite) the owners have made of those LPs. The Tele? Might be a genuine Custom but I suspect it will probably have been 'improved'. Posting better pics would not be in the owner's best interests... Pip. kidblast
Well in all fairness, it's his guitar, if he likes the results.. what ever.. if he wasn't such a pita in the epi forum, I'd just say let him be...
D-28
To me it looks out of place unless you have binding on the neck too.

I saw the job on a Gibson Les Paul Studio and I liked the result so I made the job and I' m very happy

Revolution Six
I applied clear coats on the binding, the finish is perfect. Not installed yet a pair of M69 humbuckers rings are waiting for.
