Face67 Posted May 21, 2018 Share Posted May 21, 2018 I bought this explorer and was told it was a very rare model that was built for a addition in 2009 for the faded line called the vintage burst..it's said it was sold at auction in Tennessee and has the word used stamped on the back of the headstock..this was to void factory warranty as this was said to be a proto type... rct Posted May 21, 2018 Share Posted May 21, 2018 USED stamped on the back means it was bought, returned because something was wrong with it, it went back to the factory to be fixed, and it can't be sold as new because it isn't.
