Kudos to Gibson's Customer Service!

I reached out to Gibson's Customer Service regarding a truss rod tool and he asked if one came with my new Gibson (after I gave him the serial number). I told him it didn't come with one and he took my mailing address and said that I should receive it in about a week.

Amazing Customer Service! I'm definitely a fan!

Nice. Glad you were taken care of.

My opinion on past practice: Never could understand why Gibson quit including a truss rod tool for many years. Seems to me an essential tool like that should be included with a guitar that comes with an adjustable truss rod. I never bought the “keeping the cost down” BS.
