1929 Kel Kroydon (Gibson) vs Waterloo WL-K

The Kel Kroydon has your name all over it.

Zombywoof can probably find you one sticking out of a garbage can somewhere.

Probably won't happen unless it is already here in Australia.... [crying]

I pegged one for sale, (and a Kalamazoo KG-14)...

CITES makes it impossible because of the old Rosewood. (Apply for papers - 3 - 6 months wait. Fee $150 US and again in Customs here. Any pearl - same...)

But they can do whatever and whenever with Waterloos....

The Kel Kroydens along with small body Gibsons built before 1937 were the lightest built guitars to ever roll out of Kalamazoo. About two months ago a Kroyden popped up on the Shop Goodwill site. It was in Gawd awful condition. I bid on it only to get sniped in the closing seconds of the auction.
