(Olive) Neo- Pee Green Entrails Pink Tourniquet Blue And WTF is that Burst. Is that what an exploded Lizard is meant to look like I was always told that guitar makers used the best grain for natural finish so some of these must be made of cardboard Just my crappy opinion I’m sure some love these finishes Need to book with “Specsavers” Anyone selling a KK SJ? Mr. Paul
There will always be a market for "different." People are buying these things. I can see an olive green j45 coming in handy for a regular martini bar gig.
Tarrr
Gibson marketing/R&D Dept needs their budget to be taken away.
QuestionMark
I suspect that Gibson is trying to market to millenials with the new colors to reach new upcoming millennial age players. Objectively, that is not all that bad of an idea, as long as they also keep the standard and historical natural and sunburst finishes. Just my two cents. Mickthemiller
Denim blue makes me think of Cat Stevens, oh very young. "Fading up to the sky and though you think they'll last forever you know they never will and the patches make the goodbye harder still". Oh my beautiful youth, where did it go? Think about it-----during cold season, if a big glob of snot drips from our nose onto the guitar, the audience won't see it on the guitar and they'll wonder if they seen anything at all come out of our nose. Tyler A
I like the old green one, but not enough to buy it! I think that color looks great on 335 style guitars, and would love to buy one of those
