BluesKing777 Posted August 14, 2018 Share Posted August 14, 2018 I just recorded my solo acoustic/vocal version of 'Oh Darling' by The Beatles. I have been fiddling with the Baggs M80 in my Gibson Blues King L-00 (guitar is getting to be a bout 12 years old - must check the serial no.) so the poles were touching the strings and now moved down a couple of turns. I think the song is what the guitar is singing to me when ignoring it and playing the other floozies... The Neumann KM184 mic for my vocal is picking up a skinny version of the guitar playing and the pickup is giving a fuller sound (also includes the bird on my roof gutter calling out all through, particularly at the end!): BluesKing777.
