Buc McMaster
The 50 is my usual go-to but lately I've been partial to the 60.......and occasionally when my ear is dull for whatever reason, the 1.50mm JB celluloid has a brighter tone that appeals (but maybe it's the guitar that goes dull with changes in humidity). bayoubengal1954
Left to right: Gibson Heavy, Primetone .96 without the grip, Primetone .88 with the grip.
uncle fester
Fender Heavy Tortoise shell was my first, and still my go to Big Blue Chip is for 3 string slide The others alternate in as happens Looks like the Dunlop Primetone is one I've got to try seeing how often it pops up in discussions. SirNed
Just got the prime tone recently because of the other pick threads. Now I want one of those keychain pick holders that everyone has.
docr
Dunlop Nylon Max Grip between 0,8 mm and 1,4 mm. I have no single "pick depot", but a set of plectra in each guitar case and one pick in the purse for the unexpected case that I want to test a guitar in a music store. Max Grips work good for me as they do not slip from the fingers and the price is reasonable. I´m using 1,0 mmm or 1,14 mm for Gibsons (1,14 more for SJ200) and 1,14 mm or 1,4 mm for Martins (with medium string sets).
Murph
Here's also a Wegen m100 that I'm starting to like, but I miss the "point" and it's harder to be "very accurate" for fast single notes. This thing really intrigues me though... Also my home made Slate pick.
