I found the over the years the 16" semis have varied enough with different neck profiles and factory installed pups / electronics made my having more than one cover more sonic ground space.

A cruise though guitar forums (including this one) will tell you that just about every basic Gibson model type has a following. You can add to your list various signature models like the Trini Lopez and the BB King Lucille.

A. I don't care about your investigations on other sites
And
B. If you have time to hunt the net do so, I asked where I thought I'd get the most or best replies. I was clearly wrong.

No anger issues at all, and I think it is too bad that that you take offense at all, let alone enough to attack me for responding. I'm a huge "ES full sized semi" fan, but I'll leave you alone since you are that unfriendly. I don't have the time or inclination. At least anyone else that dares to respond has been warned. Have a nice day.

Yeah they kill. Now Gibson wants 5500 for them. Wonder why they have/had financial issues?

Not so much because of Guitars... It's all the other Dumb *** stuff they screwed up on in the past few years..
The Guitars, for the most part, have continued to be some of the best in the Business...

Your right but charging 5500 for guitars when they are trying to recover is ridiculous. I see tons of Gibson's for sale on Ebay from Japan cause they are the only ones who can afford them.
