redarray Posted February 11, 2019 Share Posted February 11, 2019 Hi everyone, I was hoping to get a little help identifying this les paul model. Two pictures should be attached. The owner said it's a "les paul studio T" but the serial # dates it as a 2012, and I was under the impression this "Studio T" model didnt exist til 2016. The other info given is as follows: has 490R / 498T pickups split, Traditional Kluson Tulip tuners,, 12 radius neck (same neck profile as a 2011 Les Paul Studio, slightly chunky), quick connect electronics, weight 8lbs 9.5oz. Is this just a regular LP studio? It seems similar. Is it possible someone's taken a different model and put a studio truss rod cover on it? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
