When I looked last night she was last here on Jan 4. So I think she is just here to help fix problems and not much else. Gibson probable bought a program for the forums and they probably have no idea what all it's features are. At least that seems to me to be the way they usually do things. I know I was in the negative points for ages (maybe I said something bad about Gibson LOL). I notice the avatar's come and go.
