Notes_Norton
Hi y'all, When I log in to this forum, there is a check box that comes already checked titled "Auto Login:" I've logged in with it checked and unchecked just to see what the difference is, and I haven't noticed any difference. But I'm still curious. What does "Auto Login:" do? Thanks, Notes
Myrdhinn
It supposedly keeps you logged in for a set period (usually 2 weeks on most forums) so that when you leave, the next time you come back you don't have to keep logging in.
Pizzano
It will auto log you in everytime you come to this site only if you have cookies enabled, otherwise if cookies are not enabled it will not remember your login info:d/
Notes_Norton
Thanks, curiosity is satisfied. It made no difference to me I suppose because I always log out of any page I have to log into. Also, I have Firefox set to expire all cookies at the end of the session except for some that I purposely made an exception for. Notes
