The Firebird is my favorite of the three (especially since the pup swap), but that body style is a rib killer. I wish it had a contoured back.

Dude, the firebird looks awesome! I have the firebird VII as well with no modifications but now

yours has got me thinking...mmmm...

Are those P90's or P100's?

How's the tone compared to the mini's?

Man that Les Trem looks sweet on that SG.

Is that the stock handle?

Your other guitars are sweet too' date='just that SG really pops for meo:)

I left the pic up on my screen for a half hour just admiring.[/quote']

Thanks! I swapped out the handle with a Gibson vibrola style one. I have the same setup on my Antoria LP copy.

Those are Matchmaker P-90s. I don't know if they're still available. I bought them on Ebay a few years ago. They only cost around $30 for the pair, but they really sound good. I was turned on to them by folks on the Les Paul Forum of all places. Quite a few of them preferred the Matchmakers to the stock Gibson P-90s. I like them a lot better than the minis that were on the Firebird.
