What do you think about these pickguards?

I like them both.

I know Jay (Thats his name right?) would frequent the old board, dunno of he has found his way here yet though...

Anyway, I emailed him about maybe have pickup rings in the same color.

What do you all think about that idea?

Maybe if enough people request it, GFS will make some?

I always like MOP.. They'd look better if they weren't single-ply, though.. I've got a cream pearloid pickguard on my midnight wine jazz bass, with gold hardware... Love the look... Very classy.

 

Pickup rings, though? Mmmmm I dunno... That might work.

I got the pearloid one, it's really cheap (thin) and the stock hole for the screw is too large and you have to use a spacer

for the screwhead. It's not really expensive but you get what you pay for.
