dg3086 Posted March 7, 2008 Share Posted March 7, 2008 I was planning to buy an acoustic-electric combo amp for my EJ-160E, so I could run my vocal mic through the 2nd channel on the same cabinet. But a friend told me the EJ-160E pickup is more suited for a regular electric guitar amp. Will the built-in pickup (I don't want to add a 2nd pickup) sound crappy running through an amp designed for acoustic guitars? Any comments which type I should be looking at?
