bluefoxicy
I have a crappy Harmony guitar that I threw fender medium silver bullets on and it started to bend and couldn't hold intonation (but that guitar sucks and seems to smell like pine...). Mind you, the strings that were already on it were bending it too (not my strings! They were there already), and sounded horrible as well. I'm thinking of getting an Epiphone acoustic and a DiMarzio pickup to throw in the sound hole one day, and doing Fender Light or DR Tite-Fit lights, nothing high tension. What can an acoustic handle for strings?
The_Buffalo
I think most acoustics will handle .012" - 054" with no problems if they have an ajustable truss rod in the neck.
