northernbluesman
As the subject states; http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn14/davepicguy/P4110036.jpg I have inherited this bass awhile ago and had to replace the bridge. The only number is on a adhesive backed paper tag with #1149 rubber stamped on it. Any help is appreciated. Sorry for the blurry pic, here's another; http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn14/davepicguy/P4110037.jpg Oh yes...made in japan on neck plate. I think it may be a version of the Epi P-bass. Lerxst1281733995
I've never seen one of those before, but it was most likely made in the 70's if it's made in Japan..

Lerxst1281733995
It's pretty funky looking... I'm sure no one around has one like it.. What kind of bridge did you put on it?

I found a nos three point bass bridge to replace the standard three point. What other pics could help ID this bad boy? My buddy said he got this around early 90's, supposedly brand spankin new. This thing is VERY heavy, has a very cool sound about it...especially with the flatwounds I just put on.
