epiphone needs separate folders for electric, acoustic, AMPS, etc...

unless the epiphone folder is split into sub-groups, it's going to become a hopeless mess

 

the amp crew posts a high number of topics on the valve junior mods and so forth...this has even been recognized by epiphone management and used as a selling point

 

the electric and acoustic groups are generally different

 

mixing it all together will make posts hard to keep track of and info difficult to find

 

end result = less interest and traffic

And as some of the Epiphone users have noted, it is a bit of an embarrassment that all the non-Gibson brands are now smashed into one folder: this hardly encourages much active discussion there. This is sad because the Epiphone forum typically is the most active forum around here these days, probably seeing more action on any given day than all the Gibson folders combined.
