Taylor Player
I'm not a burst man' date=' but that is nice.[/quote'] I am a burst lover and nobody does it like Gibson! What kind of strings you putting on your new "Bone-crusher"? Just a heads up, I put Bob Colosi double inlay bone pins in mine and it even made it sound better with more sustain and clarity on the high e and b strings in particular. (Plus they just look awesome on my AJ!)
skipm
Congrats Mike! Those AJ's are about the coolest looking guitars that Gibson makes. I love the pickguards!

Jerry K
I heard it and it has a beautiful sound, crisp, clear, loud. Plus it's a total knockout visually.

Jinder
Wow...beautiful. Howcome the Gibson website no longer features the AJ? I tried to order one recently and was told that they are no longer in production. I find it hard to understand why though, they are incredible guitars. Guest
Kewl guitar Mike! I had thought you were getting one of those porno-quilt maple AJs that someone highlighted -- "Ironwood" AJs? Is it Indian Rosewood and red spruce? Fred

guitarstrummer
I'm running medium strings on it. It's Indian RW and sitka, I believe.
