Jack socket coming loose on my Dot Studio

The Jack socket on my Dot Studio is starting to come loose and I'd really welcome some suggestions as to how to tighten it. I've tried getting my fingers to it from the F hole so that I can keep that part still whilst tightening the nut on the outside but no go as I can't reach it.

I use a piece of wire and bend it at a 90 degree angle. I have some 14 guage wire left over from a wiring project in my basement. I put in into the jack hole and turn the wire so the end inside the body of the guitar comes in contact with the tip of the jack. Then I use a wrench or socket, not on a ratchet, to tighten the nut while holding the wire tightly so the jack doesn't turn. Then I just pull the wire out. The stock jacks are notorious for loosening up. Some have used clear finger nail polish afterwards to seal it off. I don't do that and I haven't had to tighten mine up in quite a while.
