Also, would it be a bad idea or even work if say, I buy a 25.5" scale neck with 24 frets even though the original was a 22 fret neck but same scale?

Has anyone every put a Warmoth replacement neck on a Kramer? My 80s Kramer 610 has been out of commission since 2004 because I cannot get a replacement neck for it. I am always out bid on ebay.
I am tempted to just sell the body and guts at this point.

I might have one. Is it a reverse neck? I've got an 80's Kramer I've been looking to part out for years but have just never gotten around to it. Mine is pretty much this exact neck but in reverse headstock:

Reverse would be cool. do you have pix of it? After posting this on the Lounge, it's gotta stay 22 frets and 25.5" scale.

Sorry I've been flakey on getting those pics. If you're still interested I'll get some for you this weekend. Thanks.
Haha....it's cool. I've been flakey on whether to sell the body or not. On one hand I have 18 other guitars but it was my first electric.

Finally got a replacement neck! From a Kramer 600ST, mine is the 610ST so pretty much the exact same thing. I can't wait to bring it to life again!
