dating serial nos. on Maestro fz1a fuzz pedal

Hello, 1st post here, does anyone have info on the dating of Maestro fz1a pedals.my pedal is serial no 28548. It has the black knobs, did Gibson use a sequential numbering system

Hi - Welcome to the forums! I dont believe there are any serial number records for these, but you should be able to narrow the year by the pot codes. Email me and i'll be happy to help(also let me know the price!)
