Hi there, I know most of Sweet Child O Mine by Guns N Roses, it's just that I can't see anywhere on the net (not good at reading tabs of full songs) where it explains this small section of the song.

http://www.youtube.c...h?v=hklMn0YDvUU

It's the riff between 1:16-1:21 on that video above. If someone could either right down the tabs for that particular section I'd be forever grateful because I always end up improvising instead and it doesn't sound half as good!

Thanks

Hey, i dont do tab,but ill try to explain what my ears hear...lets break that riff down in 3 parts as the rythym over that part goes,A......C.......D.........first note being 14th fret on d string..<14/d>...so lets decifer it like this, first part...14/d,14/b,14/g,12/g,15/b,14/g,14/b,14/g...... second....12/g,15/b,14/g,12/g,15/e,14/g,14/e,14/g..... third is the same as the intro which goes......12/d,15/b,14/g,12/g,15/e,14/g,14/e,14/g, repeat last part, then restart on 1st part, then play 2nd part with an added 14/g,15/b at the end so that 'A' note, the 14th fret on g string gets played TWICE back to back...once to end the riff and once for the riffs 2 note addition to end up in synch w/ the ending D chord.....i play by ear so this is what 'took' from it years ago when i learned it..hope it helps [-o< Mike
