Nice work. Wish I was good with this kind of thing... Having said that, I only have one guitar right now anyway.
Have cut back on my equipment do to circumstance. Just my #1 Gibson Les Paul Standard just now. No amps, no pedals.

I did something similar (same idea, anyway) a while ago...

The strap buttons will start to wear on the pipe insulation after a while....

I also like what you did with the headstock area, looks much more professional than mine, both in design, and execution... [thumbup]

I might have to build two, the second being for the ones I'm going to have to hide a friend's house.

Very nice work!

My girls are strewn all over my study on those metal stand things....certainly not ideal at all.

Then again there's lots of other stuff strewn around this room too. Computers, and cameras being the main other clutter. I'm good at accumulating, not so good at divesting!

Then again when I think of Rastus I feel better lol.

Nice job, you should sell the plans and take orders...

Nice Job!!! [thumbup]

I can't remember where I saw that black (more rubbery type) of padding tubing like on the Hercules stands. Some pipe insulation at a DIY box store maybe. That might be a bit more not slip. I guess you'd have to be careful of nitro finish guitars with any of them. A little stain & some Poly on it and it would sell for $150 at the GC! Maybe more. [biggrin]

Thanks for the great photo's too.
