Thundergod
As much as it pains me to do this, I have reached a stage in life where I have to do it... so I'm getting a haircut, sadly I have to be this guy 6 days a week (sometimes 7 days a week). And people looks at that guy strangely most of the time (corporate idiots... ) I'll post new pics (haircut) tomorrow (beard and moustache are gone already)... hope you all remember me as this guy from now on:
hfdoll
Nice pics TG! Yup it is time to play "Mr. Businessman." My friend Darren had long hair like that, but he cut it all off for the software company he works for. By the way (off the subject) my Aunt, Uncle, and cousin lived in Ecuador for 7 years. I went down there with my mother for five weeks in '78 (yes I'm an old fart now).
:oilpit:
With hair you look like a rocker Without hair you look like a rapist In all seriousness though, my school made me cut all my hair off a few weeks ago. It won't grow back fast enough
Tim Plains
HAHAHA...I'm doing the opposite. I'm growing my hair so I can donate it. Thunder, you should do the same...donate your hair so that a cancer patient can get a decent hair piece. I'm still aways away from the minimum 8" required. Right now, I sort of look like the guy on the left.
Ian Martin
WHY exactly do you have to cut it off? You're a musician and you work in a studio. Methinks you fit in more than you stand out. Sorry to hear the man - or is it your fiance? - has got you down. Great photos, and I dig your boots alot.

:oilpit:
He left me a message a couple of days ago. Hopefully he's gigging. I doubt it, whenever I talk to him on AIM he complains about not being able to find a drummer. maybe that changed but then again, don't you think he would post about that? or better yet maybe he made real friends, got a girlfriend and decided to have a social life? ....or maybe he just died
Homz
I shave my head when ever it gets long enough to need a comb. Don't care about any particular look. I only shave my face when there's a funeral or a wedding or parent/teacher conference. good luck with the new view thunder.

Methinks you fit in more than you stand out. Sorry to hear the man - or is it your fiance? - has got you down. Great photos' date=' and I dig your boots alot.[/quote'] Sadly I find myself being a musician only at nights nowadays... I made the (big) mistake of accepting to work part time in my family's foundation... now I spend most of the time there (even on weekends! ), they "promoted me" very fast and I have to attend lots of corporate stuff and meet "important people" (not important to me hehehe) and I spend less and less in the studio... so yes, the hair had to go... I will post pics as soon as I figure out how to comb it right. Of course my fiance is happy (laughed her *** off at first... but then she said she was happy as she doesn't like my hair that long)... I didn't cut it all off though... just a little more than half of it ...now I don't know how to make it look ok... I think it may need a little setup! Thermionik
I hate it, just HATE it when the suits win the day. One of my biggest regrets..... having to cut my hair to get in to Spain unhassled in the early eighties. Don't do it man - keep the locks, do the pony-tail if you need to, just don't cut it..... daveinspain
Thundergod has anyone ever told you you look like Andre Arlovski? or at least a little Hey Thunder' date=' if you gotta cut your hair the Andre Arioviki look would probably work for you... Who is he any way? I had really long hair twice... When I was a teenager and I was working with bands as Sound Engineer... Then I cut if off I don't even remember why.... Kept it short several years and then decided to grow it back... Grew back even longer and was cool for s few more years but when it started turning gray it had to go.... Been there done that twice. You'll see life is much easier now. My long hair doo was high maintenance!! Used to take me 5 minutes to shower and 20 minutes to do the hair...! Yes life is easier now..... bscott
Something that has always confused me is that established business says that you must have short hairs and wear jacket and tie to be "presentable" for business. BUT - isn't it this short haired jacketed and tied group of people who have been the biggest crooks, junk bonds, Enron, etc, and caused the most damage to the economies of the world?? So why does a haircut and tie make you more "presentable and believeable as a person?? Business cannot, at leats none that I know, can give a valid argument as to why. Clothes make the man - or should I say CROOK!! Brian
