RichCI Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 Those have a tube rectifier. If you're into clean to mildly overdriven tones, it'd be a good choice. If you like tones that are more in the realm of high gain, a tube rectifier is going make your tone too mushy. There's a reason why Marshall switched to solid state rectifiers.
