Hello guys and gals. I am 28 years old and have been playing guitar on and off (mostly on) for 16 years. I play primarily electric guitars and am especially found of Gibsons with P90s. My current Gibsons include a 1958 ES-225TD, a 1954 reissue Les Paul Custom, a 1956 reissue Les Paul Goldtop and a 1958 reissue Les Paul Junior. Currently getting back to playing acoustic and am looking to extend the collection with a Gibson flattop. Probably a J45/Southern Jumbo or a J200, but time will tell.

Thanks for the kind welcome.
I've had these guitars for some time. The ES-225 is a late night ebay find. It has an old repaired headstock break. When this was done, the luthier that did the repair, glued a thick veneer of rosewood with a poorly made Gibson logo and a not so nice abalone flowerpot inlay. I've had the headstock restored earlier this year.

I searched for "that" tone, then realised there's lots of tones.

Welcome - these are yummy!
Traumitized as a child in the 80s by "grease and dirty dancing" means I now have an unhealthy appetite for Steve Vai :0)
