I prefer flatwounds, and I use Status Graphite Nylon wound strings on the bass which are excellent. I'm thinking of treating myself to a GT Pro (I play aa little rhythm guitar as well), but again, I prefer flatwound strings. Does anyone know if anywhere I can get double ball end flat wound strings, or am I going to have to get a string adaptor and use normal strings? Are there any other alternatives to flat wound (coated, half round etc) that might be similar (again, preferably in double ball end) Thanks Paul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
