Look at Vintage Guitar Magazine...they put out a valuation book every year.
Look up these guitars TV Model..(refering to light color and its relation to how it would look on Black & White TV's back then)and in the range of best condition....and probably closer too the higher range.
Thats what they are selling for. Seven or so years ago all these guitars were at they're peak...very inflated though..since then, they have come down about 30%.
This new "blue book" by Vintage Guitar will have the current value.. a collector would be interested.
The double cut away is less desireable than single usually but these are so nice.
Wow..1960/1. Im sure Gibson had a headquarters featuring they're guitars in this once special city.
Did your father ever play with Leo Dan..? I understand from a friend that there were a lot of great sixties style bands in Central & South America.
