CB CB, your AIUSA Sherri was MY favorite Epi too..... but now it's definitely my '62/50 Sherri. It was till last month when I bought my Casino. I never had "P-90" in a guitar, and when I started to play the Casino, I could'nt put her down. Today I bought a ES-339 at Musician's friend and put my Strat for sale... I never tought I would do that, but I did'nt touch the strat since a month. I love the body size and the pickups configuration on the ES339 pro. ( It's what I heared the nearest of a Strat when you pull the knobs ) So now I'll have a pair of Epiphone for gigging This is my actual Casino and this is the ES339 PRO I've ordered today... Harris Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 I only have one Epiphone in the stable at the moment; an LP jr with dog ear p-90. It's a nice guitar now. A couple of upgrades are in the works and that guitar is going to be be awesome in the very near future. As for the tele discussion. For awhile, I was on a quest for a tele. I played lots and lots and lots of telecasters. After that, I concluded that they have more variable feels, tones, sounds and personalities than any other type of guitar. If you play 10 Gibson Les Pauls, they are going feel and sound different, but they are going to also be reasonably similar. Two telecasters can be night night and day. That was my experience anyway.
