As the heading says folks, what are your top 10 favorite films of all time ? They can be from any genre .

1. The Green Mile. Michael Clarke Duncan should've won the Oscar for his portrayal of John Coffey .

2. The Godfather . The best mob film ever made period !

4. The Unforgiven. Clint Eastwood's best film, bar none !

5. The Exorcist . The only film that gave me nightmares as a 13 year old kid.

6. Dracula . Bela Lugosi's performance was creepier than hell.

7. Night Of The Living Dead . George Romero's 1968 B & W classic set the standard for today's modern zombie film genre.

8. Goodfellas . Martin Scorcese's best film with Joe Pesci just brilliant.

9. The Avengers . The best marvel film ever made !

10. The Dark Knight . The best Batman film ever !

Young Frankenstein (I can almost recite it line for line. And, Terri Garr, yummmmmm)

Blazing Saddles (Harvey Korman should have gotten a Best Supporting Actor nomination and has what I believe is the first fart in a feature film)

Airplane ("and, don't call me Shirley")

Ronin (Best car chases ever and Bob DeNiro at his best)

Bullitt (Second best car chase ever and the King of Cool)

Dirty Dozen (hey, it's got Lee Marvin in it)

Great Escape (The King of Cool again and the rest of the cast isn't shabby either)

Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid (Excellent premise and editing between old film noir and new)

Shooter (Love the Levon Helm cameo)

Anything with John Wayne in it. (Need I say more?)

I'd love to participate in this, but to be honest, I can't narrow it down,
that far...same with "favorite albums." Sorry... [unsure]

2, that would almost "HAVE" to be on My list, would be:
"The Bridge On The River Kwai," and "Lawrence of Arabia"
but beyond that, they are just too many films I love!
