13 December 2012 - 02:07 PMWhat happened to the '62 Rivoli Bass???! How about a Standard Riviera, with Kalamazoo spec's,
including mini-humbuckers, and correct headstock inlay, and color, and tailpiece options, to that
era...as a normal product, in their line. I.E., not having to go to Europe, or some limited
or "specific" dealer here, to get one.
Come on Epi, we KNOW you can DO it!
We can keep our fingers crossed! Cherry,Royal Tan,Vintage Sunburst would be sweet!
02 November 2012 - 03:33 PMTHAT, is Really AWESOME!! I'm very envious! ;>)
I too, hope they'll offer the "Reissue" in "Cherry," and with "USA" mini's, and hardware/electronics. I wonder, too, if this will be a "European/Asian" only, edition??! God, I HOPE not! ;>b But, I guess Anderton's would probably get them, so I could order from them, I suppose.
I too am beginning to wonder about the availability? Sweetwater has the two naturals available and that's all I have been able to find on any US websites, no other places are accepting backorders? I am not trying to be negative but the fact The Music Zoo has them on b/o means nothing more than they have them on order not that they will get them. I am sorry guys I am just frustrated having to hunt down new guitars that I would like to purchase.
14 August 2012 - 06:36 PMCongrats! Great lookin refin! The old Royal Tan is one of my favorite finishes. Maybe we'll see it on more semi-hollow/hollow bodys in the future.

18 June 2012 - 06:59 PMAside from the inlays, you're asking for the Riviera from a couple of years ago - paradoxically the closest match for a vintage Sheraton setup.
That Riviera was an awesome reissue but availability ( atleast in the US ) was spotty to near non-exsistant.
