    tried a factory reset nothing still says no device found. this is not going good and i bought this for the soul reason for just plug usb and play.

    is there anything i can do.... before i call tech support.


    ok i did a load some music after i did a quick grid. still nothing...... i did get midi to work... but no device found is still there

    tried Attache usb stick and Sandisk also a seagate portable drive.


    looks like i got a paper weight.


    FAT32 formatted ?
