1965/68 ES 125/175? What do I have?

Interesting, so I'm mostly hearing ES-125 -
Posted this in the other forum but I guess this was the right one. Trying to buy this guitar from this guy but he's not certain on what he has either. Serial number is 529779 and he's says there's a '2' stamped under that. Pics below.
