  1. I do not know if you guys are aware but Gibson stopped making the les paul traditional ocean blue and the pickups 59 tribute . they returned the 57 classic. I was right. we are ****ed!
  2. thanks mate! i will check this movie...sorry for the late reply"
  3. man great tones in fender and marshall.... thanks
  4. ps: so did u suggest me to use midle positipn with bridge pickup higher in volume than neck? is it? and boit the tone? i will try it mate, just wamma understand it well by the way, im using a ac15 valve combo cheers
  5. cheers mate... but you already tried a 70's ls tone? like 74 randy rhodes? do u think with a plexi amp i can get a similar sound in my lp tradition 2014? i was considering a imperial lollar pickups set..
  6. yeah looks great! but and about the sound?!( very low output? sounding like a strat?
  7. thanks mate..you should do a video showing the sounds difference beteween them..would be great. cheers denis
  8. guys i do have a sg fadded with 57 classics and a traditional 2014 well in my opinion 59 sounds better clean or with a litle crunch... but with distortion 57 sounds better, louder.. in my case, first les paul, i felt a litle disaoointed... trad 2014 is a weak les paul.. who wants a les paul with a single coil sound? im a randy rhoads and steve jones fan... both got 74 custom, loud... my doubt is: if i replace my pickups i can get this sound!? cheers
  9. man forgive my ignorance, but what exactly is that?
  10. well mate i did buy the same guitar and i got some points. it can sounds really treble and weak,,,what i did, according to tips i got here, i left all knobs on 8...it sounds a litle better now... anyway, the guitar is cool...im planing to replace the pups for lollar...ever hear about them? cheers
