  1. That truss rod cover looks back to front to me.
  2. It's nothing to do with Epiphone, he just a troll getting off on the attention. Mommy didn't love him enough or Daddy used to beat him or he was bullied at school or he just feels inadequate because he has no friends. Just ignore him like everybody else in his sad little life does.
  3. Probably not what you want to hear but I don't recall ever hearing of anyone successfully repairing an eSonic problem, I think your best bet would be to contact your dealer, is the guitar still under warranty?
  4. If you bought it new then the batteries (two lithium watch batteries) should be in there. Just remove the thin piece of plastic separating them and you're good to go.
  5. I don't want to put words in his mouth but I think he just subtracted 30 from 2017 to get 1987, which is correct (at least it was when I went to school) and not 2007 as you wrote in your original post. EDIT: Nice guitar btw
  6. Here you go http://forum.gibson.com/index.php?/topic/11005-sticky-how-to-post-photos/ Looking forward to seeing the pics
  7. Hi Rover: If you like Excllentes I do also. I collect them and the rare Bozeman reissues.

  8. It's even worse against the pound, I have family in the UK and visiting them is very expensive. We can thank the Greeks for that. You're right, I'd pretty much decided to give it a miss. This all started with the hype over the new Masterbilt, which is no longer even an option, seeing as how not one single dealer in this country seems to be carrying it and Thomann have pulled it from their line. Apparently I haven't won one either. I have been looking at Dove Pros, Hummingbird Pros and Texans but I'm not sure what any of them will give that my DR500MCE doesn't.
  9. The serial number is 07780467 and you can see the guitar here: http://www.marktplaats.nl/a/muziek-en-instrumenten/snaarinstrumenten-gitaren-akoestisch/m923767394-epiphone-by-gibson.html?c=be2da871b0d84f75c3056cc6db858f31&previousPage=lr# I'm not desperate to buy it, just had a mild case of GAS and this piqued my interest because it's something a bit different.
  10. I was just browsing around a Dutch auction site and came across an Epiphone PR-545MPL. From the photos it looks to be in reasonable condition and the guy is not expecting silly money for it so I'm half tempted to put in a bid. Thing is, I can't find any information on this model at all, it's a dreadnought and was made in Japan (the pics show the label in the sound hole). Could anybody here perhaps shed a little more light?
