Songwriting. Guitar playing. High quality guitars, amps and effects. The 1960's and '70s. Classic Rock, Blues and Blues Rock, Surf, Jazz, Country, Fusion, Psychedelic, Progressive and Metal.

A few favorite artists would include Eric Johnson, Paul Gilbert, Brad Paisley, Tommy Emmanuel, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Keith Urban, Danny Gatton, James Burton, Buddy Guy, Phil Keaggy, Eddie Van Halen, Chet Atkins, Wes Montgomery, Pat Metheny, Carlos Santana, Robin Trower, Gary Moore, Robben Ford, Frank Marino, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, etc. .
  1. If Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz and Metal performers had to sign a morals clause to get a recording contract the talent pool would drop drastically. "Born to be Wild", "Walk on the Wild Side", "Hot for Teacher", "Tube Steak Boogie", "Brown Sugar", "One", etc. might have remained in the minds of miscreants rather than hitting the airwaves. I mean ........ I can only listen to "Kumbaya", "How Much is that Doggie in the Window", and "Till There Was You" so many times.

    Hey ajay,

Thanks again. I was playing the CS-336 earlier today through my Fender Concert amps and it sounded wonderful. I agree. You should definitely get one. If I close my eyes it's only the weight that tips the balance between a Les Paul and ES-335. The size and tone is almost exactly half way between those two models. Start saving the bread and aim high!

arlum-I'm watching The Grateful Dead Live from Soldier Field on Pay Per View tonight. What a way to spend Independance Day! Bob Weir is playing a beautiful ES-336 identical to Yours. That guitar looks AWESOME on stage! Nice choice that You made there. I want one!
