Epiphone 1963 ES 335 Dot ???

I have an Epiphone by Gibson guitar without the serial number label inside.

It is a cherry model and based on the peghead markings the only similar model that I can find is an Epiphone 1963 ES 335 Dot.

On the back of the peghead there is a sticker saying "Made in Korea" and a number "3" stamped in the top.

Here are some pics. Thanks for your help

I would guess that it's really a number "2" stamped on the back of the headstock which means it's a factory second. That would explain the missing serial number, they don't apply them to 2nds, or sometimes they obscure them.

Nothing wrong with that, it just means it had some minuscule defect that made it unable to be sold as new. It also meant it didn't have a warranty when sold, but that's a moot point now anyway.

Congrats and enjoy!
