I found an artistic rendering of my Broadway, (which I no longer have in my possession) this was taken in my studio room with the gutiar on wall hanger. Some cool reflections of the lights in the room on the various reflective surfaces. this was a long exposure (a few seconds) using a very small f/stop to increase depth of field, keeping all things in sharp focus. Here's a shot using a 100mm f2.8 marco lens. not even sure what the flower is.. something my wife had on our deck,

This is one of my favourite ever pictures I took when I was in South Africa in a Lion Park.. We were able to stroke and play with these little fellas.. And yes this is me.. Looking several years younger. What a privilege to have experienced that. And my own little tiger I had at home . He was so photogenic it was hard to take a bad picture of him 🙂

No artistic merit or talent required. Whatever you like or find interesting. OTOH, if you are a closet Ansel Adams, lets see Yosemite. I'll start with these. My garden only looks good in macro. If this doesn't fetch Pippy back, nothing will

2001 at Hollywood Alley with my red SG.. Also in the far left in the back my yellow SGX and black LP Special in the rack. Can't see Chris very well on the V-Drums. I972 T-Beach Rally on the grass with my Telecaster Bass. Note that our Bass Player Bob above is the skinny Guitarist on the right below, our Front Man Terry above is the Drummer below and the Guitarist Michael with the Jaguar below took the Pic above. In 72 my 57 Chevy GG Wagon in the background hauled all of our equipment, the Bug in front hauled the Guitarists, the Cop car behind just watched and listened.

HA! yea,, Maybe, I know they (Da Bomb) had a few different "blends".. that stuff was just death in a bottle man.. I found Sugar cuts the heat pretty good too. it absorbs the oils, swish it around in your mouth then by all means,, spit that crap out!! One hot sauce that I still to this day make sure I have some on hand is Scorned Woman. That stuff is great, it's hot, but not crazy, and it actually has flavor. My son has gotten in to making his own, he has a mango habanero recipe that's really good.

I have a capo and have never used it. I finally found a use for mine after watching a video. On the Riviera and the Casino, I always loose the tail bridge strings when changing them and it gets frustrating trying to hold everything in place while tightening the tunning key. The video suggested placing a capo on the string once you got it tight on the tail piece. I thought, Now why haven't I ever thought of that before?

I just had a talk with mine today. She is always wanting me to buy new clothes, a new car, or something. I always say No! I'm fine, don't waste cash on this or that if what I have still works. Probably why she bought me 7 guitars now for a birthday or Christmas? I bought 2. lol She's been bugging me to get a new car. Hey, The Saturn Vue is still like new even though its a 2006. Yeah, 14 years old now. Anyway, I gave in and let her order me 2 pairs of new jeans today. Never saw her so happy. So she came back and said, They had a sale on them so I ordered you 4 pairs.

Sorry couldn't resist. Seriously though ... Nancy Wilson. Look at the difference in hand posture. Edit: wow just realized Nancy is playing an Epiphone.

had some hot sauce called "Da Bomb" it was 750,000 scoville, so pretty hot.. but it was just heat, there wasn't much flavor.. One afternoon sitting out with my brother inlaws, we had some salsa that we mixed a small amount of the sauce into. It was really hot.. my younger brother inlaw listening to us go "holy crap!" when we started to munch on it, he says "what a bunch of pu$$ies" puts a good chunck of the hot sauce on a tortia chip and pops it in his mouth.. DOH!! he danced around on the deck for a quite awhile before things calmed down. "Hey dude, want some more" --- "no, and go ---- yerself!"... (miss that guy,, he passed in 2015.. he was a hoot)

Night photography is fun.. Normally I'd say those "green" lights is lens flare or some thing where the light was bouncing around inside the lens elements.. but, there's only one spot in the photo where anything green close to that color is visible.. (up in the top right between the bright white lights). so a wee bit of mystery!

I took these early one morning (yep, insomnia again) going for the light trails over the M27. I posted the 1st one on FB, and asked people what they thought the 4 little green lines (right hand lane) were. There was nothing there in fact. I was hoping for some spooky theories. Someone said 'glowworms', another said they looked like 'pause, & skip forward & backwards buttons' I said they could be 3 road workers hi-viz jackets. 2 bent over working & the standing one is saying "we haven't put out the cones yet!!"

My white dot in the sky seemed stationary to the southwest of Maunakea west of my house. Captured on video on my phone, I watched it until I got tired of it, there was not supposed to be anything there and did not seem to be moving, I thought it could be a SpaceX satellite, they are supposed to be very bright when deploying before they go dark.. This was in my sky about a month ago..

Great stuff. I have a Nikon D5000 but don't have any of those pics handy right now. Here is a pic I took with my phone at work to note the port #. Kinda accidentally looks cool.

I run mine right into the wireless, use the tuner and chorus down there on the board, reverb in the amp. Makes a much simpler night if you are going back and forth. I hate going back and forth, I'd rather have a whole set for me to delicately arpeggiate my way through the entire James Taylor Acoustic Repertoire. I should point out, I have a capo. rct

Came upon this scene on a walk with my lovely down the boardwalk on Lake Champlain during sunset on a September Eve a few years ago. Thankfully, my Canon 20D was with us, otherwise, I'd have missed this one. A harvest Moon rising over the southern coast of Maine. Early Autumn along the roadside in Kennebunkport ME. Sunset at Nubble Light, York ME. Early winter snowfall, warm enough for the snow to stick to the trees, this was taken about 7:00 am. before the sun could melt it all away this was originally shot with Kodachrome 25, then scanned to an img file. it lost some of it's magic in the scan. the original slide is gorgeous, Mr. Moon in full...
