hi again dan, once again thanks for your help, i contacted the shop where i bought my guitar in 2009 and they offered me a free set up, and my guitar is brand new again, i got them to put on esp 12's from your company and i think i am sorted, i have used the humidifier but would like to know can you use it all the time( keep it in the case)
