So I just bought a 2019 Songwriter and my tuning backs are not flush against the back of my headstock? Gibson sent me authorized shops to look at it and they are either disconnected and or not answering. They said I could ship it to them but it could be 5-8 weeks....has anyone just tried to screw them down? Should I just return this to the dealer I bought it from? Help
