  1. This might sound like a dumb or naive question, but I wanted to remove the two stickers on the pickguard that came with my new EJ200, which I did, but it has left the pickguard looking like this in the photo. Now it looks like this is a thin plastic film that has been lifted and bubbled, but I cannot see an edge around the guard to lift it off and don't want to damage the guitar by blinding stabbing the edge with a knife. I cannot find any info on whether it is a film that can be removed, or is a top coating on the guard itslef that is peeling away?
  2. Agree this, and the weird position of the button at the other end of the strap (which causes the guitar to lean away from you if standing) are such basic flaws in the guitar. I love everything about it, but these issues with being able to stand and play are pretty fundamental and are making me consider whether to return a guitar bought just the other day.
  3. Don't know the answer but I was caught out too: not wanting to be without batteries at a gig I bought 4 x #2032, only to discover the guitar takes standard AAAs. I think it is pretty rubbish of Gibson/Epiphone not to update the manual that comes with the guitar, or online, with current information for owners. There seems to be nothing useful from the manufacturer of the Esonic or Gibson about the 'HD' version available anywhere.
