As far as I am aware it was a brand new stock guitar from PMT (UK equivalent of a guitar center). It's something I've been curious to find out for a while now.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum scene and I have a question about my guitar. I bought a Gibson Traditional pro 2 in 2013 from PMT in Cambridge UK but something has been puzzling me for years. All the Tr pro 2 models in this year have chrome hardware but mine came with gold... Was this a one off or was there an unknown batch with gold hardware?
