Got an Epiphone SG (vintage worn brown G-400, this : http://www.epiphone.com/Products/SG/Worn-G-400.aspx). It seems like the pickup selector switch is wonky. It works in both single humbucker positions but in the middle position it just uses the neck pickup (found out by fiddling with the volume pots). Sometimes when I flick the switch a couple of times it works. Do I have to replace the switch or can this be fixed somehow without soldering ? Seems to be a weak point, yesterday I checked a Les Paul with similar problems... Thanks for advice !
